This is a very convenient way for a follow-up visit. When the doctor does not need to see the patient in person, this works great. My appointment was at 5:15, I entered my information around 5:05 and waited for the doctor. He showed up at 5:10! This was great news! Compared to the physical visits, when many times we are seen several minutes after the actual time of the appointment. The doctor gave me the information I needed, he answered my questions, and we were done by 5:25.
